We're looking for a freelancer who can help manage the team and client projects overall. They will be expected to:
- Work closely with the CEO to brainstorm, plan and co-manage the day-to-day operations of the business
- Coordinate with clients for project updates and receive/respond to requests. And (possibly) meet with them for Zoom meetings.
- Coordinate with the team for timely service delivery.
- Be on top of our project management tool and ensure that everything is updated.
- Handle simple ad hoc digital marketing tasks that may include: website updates, social media content, some copywriting, graphics, and funnel work (training will be provided if needed)
- Be on top of contract management to ensure that we are delivering our commitments to clients
- Manage our client success programs.

Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts
- Confident and proficient in communicating in English
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Good working attitude and teachable
- Techie / Quickly learns how to navigate and operate new softwares
Desirable Skills:
- Gsuite
- Canva
- Some copywriting experience
- Some graphic design experience
- Some website design / funnel experience
- Some email marketing experience
- Experience in CRMs like ActiveCampaign, HighLevel, Hubspot, etc.
Technical Requirements:
- Good internet connection; at least 15mbps
- Webcam and mic
