The Virtual Assistant (Marketing Generalist) position is a full-time, entry-level position (WORK FROM HOME) open to freelancers who want to gain a general, end-to-end experience in digital marketing. The position will support the agency head and chief strategist in the agency’s day-to-day marketing needs and in delivering marketing services to clients. Tasks will be varied depending on the demand but will mostly revolve around the following key areas:
- Social Media Management: Planning, Publishing, and Generating Reports
- Email Marketing: Design & Develop Emails, Schedule Emails
- Website Maintenance: Adding Posts, Editing Content, Editing Layout, etc.
- Other marketing tasks
This role may potentially become a client-facing position and engage with clients directly.

Job Requirements:
- Meticulous, organized and detail oriented
- Good English communication skills
- Highly tech-savvy
- Knowledge in MS Excel or Google Sheets
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge in LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Knowledge in HTML/CSS and WordPress
Technical Requirements:
- Good internet connection; at least 5mbps
- Computer with software for graphics design
